FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY
Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 14 days before the experience starts.
If the day of your charter there is bad weather, we can reschedule for another day without any additional fee.
We accept all major payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), PayPal, and cryptocurrency (USDT). Payments are processed securely and conveniently, giving you full flexibility and peace of mind when booking.
Safety always comes first. If weather conditions are unsuitable or the Coast Guard does not allow yachts to sail, your booking will be rescheduled. In cases of bad weather, our team will always work with you to offer a suitable alternative date.
