This 2010 Baia 100 is lying in Dubai and offered in well-kept condition, with engine hours available on request. One of only two Baia One Hundreds built with triple MTU power, she runs three MTU 16V 2000 diesels — 2,450 HP each — to a top speed of 49 knots and a 42-knot cruise, figures few yachts of her size can match. At 30.80m (101’0″) with a 7.35m beam, she sleeps ten guests in four cabins with separate accommodation for four crew, and her engines have been recently serviced.

She is fitted for serious time on the water: twin Kohler generators, a glass-enclosed saloon with an opening roof, and a swim platform that carries the full toy inventory — jet skis, Seabobs, a paddleboard, a wakeboard and towables — with a jet tender for beach runs, all included.
