NUMARINE 40MXP FOR SALE

This 2026 Numarine 40MXP is a new build offered by the official Numarine dealer in the UAE, with exact lying details available on request. At 39.30m (128’11”) with an 8.02m beam and a steel full-displacement hull of 379 GT, she is the largest model in Numarine’s XP explorer series — designed for long-range cruising in genuine comfort. Twin MAN diesels deliver 1,600 HP in total for a 14-knot top speed and an easy 12-knot cruise, she sleeps twelve guests in six cabins, and she is classed RINA Pleasure.

As a new build she is offered with the full shipyard delivery specification, and her equipment includes an infinity-edge pool on the main aft deck, a second raised pool on the sundeck, a walk-in wardrobe serving the owner accommodation and a marble-finished galley. A 49,000-litre fuel capacity and 4,000 litres of fresh water support extended time away from the dock, while her 346-tonne displacement gives the steady ride expected of a steel explorer. Engine hours, delivery specification and warranty details are available on request.

The deck spaces are built around the water: an infinity pool aft on the main deck, and a raised sundeck pool flanked by lounge seating and open views. Inside, the main saloon runs full-height windows over cream sofas, with a formal dining area set around a backlit marble table. Above, the sky lounge combines corner sofas, a bar and a round dining table, and the guest cabins are reached by a sculptural staircase with a red glass centrepiece — the double guest cabin with its chaise lounge shows the calm, pale finish used throughout.

Buying a yacht with Dubriani — what we handle

We manage the complete purchase: pre-purchase survey and sea trial, registration and documentation, berthing in Dubai or elsewhere in the region, crew placement, and ongoing management and maintenance. Viewings are arranged by appointment and we handle the logistics.

If you are weighing this explorer against a larger displacement yacht, it is worth comparing her with our Benetti 56M — another steel full-displacement yacht with similar long-range intent. Contact us for the full specification and pricing on this Numarine 40MXP.
