Where the Night Goes
The yacht boards at Dubai Marina in the early evening and cruises out ahead of the crowds. Around midnight, the captain positions for the official displays — off Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, Bluewaters Island or along Dubai Marina and JBR, depending on the night’s programme.
From the water there are no fences and no held-back crowds. When the countdown ends, the show fills the whole sky at once.
