A Slow Cruise Into the Evening
Departing Dubai Marina in the early evening, Dolce Vita cruises rather than races to her position for the displays. Depending on the official programme, the captain anchors off:

December 31 is the first date in the charter calendar to fill, and Dolce Vita accepts a single party for it. A deposit secures the night; the route and timings are settled with the captain in the days before departure.
