The Sky Over the Palm
Departing Dubai Marina in the early evening, Notorious takes up position ahead of the midnight displays. Depending on the official programme, the captain anchors off:

From the water there are no barriers and no crowds — the fireworks break directly overhead, reflected in a black sea, with the city skyline as the backdrop. When the final burst fades, you are already home-free while the roads are not.

Notorious hosts up to 25 guests for the evening — enough for the full inner circle without thinning the atmosphere. The night moves naturally between the saloon, the aft deck and the open flybridge, so the countdown can be taken from wherever the group has drifted by midnight.
Dining With Attitude
New Year’s Eve catering on Notorious is built to match the night — a live chef for a proper seated dinner, canapés and champagne through the evening, and menus agreed well before the date. A DJ and entertainment can be arranged for groups who want the deck to feel like their own private venue.

New Year’s Eve is the first date in the Dubai charter calendar to sell, and Notorious can only hold one booking for it. A deposit secures the night; routing and timings are confirmed with the captain in the days before departure, around the official display locations and the marina traffic plan.
